Dear friend,

If you would like to learn how the federal income tax actually works and how to retain and reclaim all your earnings, this is the most important course you'll ever discover.

Here's The Thing

All the CPA's, tax attorney's, accountants and tax preparers are trained by the IRS. That's right, the IRS creates the training programs for all of them. This is a bit of a conflict of interest don't you think?

Now, I know what you are thinking. Of course they wrote the training program, they facilitate the tax filings so they should write the training, right?

Well, here's the thing. The tax code is over 4.5 million words. Greater than 99% of the tax code is about how to avoid taxes. Things like deductions, exemptions, credits, write-offs, loopholes, etc. The IRS trains the CPA's, tax attorney's, accountants and tax preparers on how to help people mitigate their tax liability as best as possible. But they don't train them on what activities are actually taxable. They are taught that every payment of money from one person to another is taxable and their job is to just give people some little cookies in the form of deductions, exemptions, credits, write-offs, loopholes to lower their tax burden.

Have you ever asked yourself what determines whether or not an activity is a taxable activity or have you assumed all of your life that everything is taxable?

"We must note here, as a matter of Judicial knowledge, that most lawyers have only scant knowledge of tax law."

-Bursten v. U.S., 395 F 2d 976 (1968)

The Matrix

In the movie (documentary) The Matrix, Neo discovers that he has been living a lie all of his life. He felt that something was off but couldn't figure out what it was...until he was shown.

Once the illusion was lifted, Morpheus explains to Neo that everyone in the Matrix is unaware of the Matrix and essentially work for the Martrix. And if they are not unplugged then they are an agent of the Matrix.

There are millions and millions of people still in the Matrix that are still plugged in. The news, media, and entertainment perpetuate the Matrix. And teachers, mentors, peers, employers and even parents perpetuate the illusion of the Matrix.

What is the Matrix?

It is the illusion created by false stories that tell us since we were children that the two things that are unavoidable are death and taxes. The illusion fed to us every April 15th by the news and media warning us not to forget to file our taxes. The illusion that is perpetuated from peer to peer due to the fear that has been propagated like a web over the population. The illusion foisted upon every private-sector company that is told they must withhold earnings from their workers. The illusion that if you pay $600 or more to anyone then you must file a 1099 form.

You know what I am talking about. You can sense it too. You can feel it. Perhaps you already know it but not clear about what to do about it.

Are You Ready to Break Free?

If you are like me, you have probably been asking yourself all your life, or atleast in your adult years, why am I supposed to pay income taxes? Wasn't our country founded on revolting against taxes from the King?

The good news is, the Federal Income Tax is actually very limited to specific activities. And around 90% of the American population are not engaged in a taxable activity.

I will be the first to say that I actually like the Federal Income Tax the way that it is written. It has been through the supreme court many times and it remains fully constitutional. The illusion is simply that Federal Income Taxes, in general, are not being administered according to the actual Internal Revenue Code. That is the fault of the people. We haven't stopped to look at what the law says. Granted, the law is complex and long. So it is understandable. But, the time has come for us to lift the veil and stop living in ignorance.

I will also be the first to say that if you have a valid tax liability then you are required to pay it and you should absolutely pay it. It's up to us as American's to know whether or not the activities we engage in are taxable or not. If you engage in taxable activities then pay it. If not, then it is your duty to report the truth.

"Our tax system is based on individual self-assessment and voluntary compliance"

-Mortimer Caplin, IRS Commissioner

Voluntary Compliance

The Federal Income Tax is based on a Voluntary Compliance system. The IRS relies on us to tell them whether or not our activities are taxable and therefore they rely on us to know the law.

The voluntary nature of the system is based on our privilege to engage in certain taxable activities if we so choose. Once we do engage in these specific and narrow activities then we must comply by filing the appropriate returns, forms and schedules to report these activities and pay the tax calculated on the amount of income that was gained from that activity.

You were just never taught what these specific and narrow activities are. And approximately only about 10% of the American population engage in these type of activities.

Once you engage in these type of activities then you are considered to be a taxpayer.

Did You Know?

There is something called a nontaxpayer

"The revenue laws are a code or system in regulation of tax assessment and collection. They relate to taxpayers, and not to nontaxpayers. The latter are without their scope. No procedure is prescribed for nontaxpayers, and no attempt is made to annul any of their rights and remedies in due course of law. With them Congress does not assume to deal, and they are neither of the subject nor of the object of the revenue laws"

-Economy Plumbing and Heating v. United States (1972)
